Here's a link to the site of a german TV show from some years ago. It was basically two families and a few friends who tried to live 'late stoneage-y' for a little while under the eyes of archaeologists and such. Not too uninteresting after all. Sadly it's only available in german, but I think some of the photos are quite interesting.
(I didn't even manage to watch it completely too).
