If your link is, for example:
Copy only the code for the video which is, in this case:
And enclose that code with YOUTUBE tags to get something like:
Once you submit it, instead of the code, video player will show.

p.s. I am not the one who discovered it. It was, if I am not wrong, Bogo, or maybe Xac... so I just checked what they did, and applied the same on a few of your posts to see if that works.
